The community amenities are on W. Charles Jenkins Lane. Also, as a reminder, the sound side pier at Bias Shores is not open for use by Ocean Crest guests.

Allowed:
Golf Carts

No glass bottles, smoking, or pets are permitted in the pool enclosure. Parking passes are required year-round. Towing is enforced. Parking on the street is prohibited. Golf carts must be parked in a designated parking space and display a parking pass. Carts parked on the grass or roadside are subject to towing. Outdoor lights and speakers should be turned off by 11:00 PM. Personal belongings, including beach equipment, are not to be left on the beach walkway. Items left are subject to removal by maintenance. RVs, trailers, and boats are not permitted within the community.

In-Season: 5/1–9/30
Trash: Monday, Friday
Recycling: Monday

Off-Season: 10/1–4/30
Trash: Monday
Recycling: 1st & 3rd Monday of the month

Please roll receptacles to the curb the night before the scheduled collection day and roll the receptacles back after the trash is collected. Between May 1 - September 30, a community service provider will roll all receptacles back to the home following collection.
